Contact & Appointment Requests

Our reception is open during surgery hours as follows.

• Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm
• Friday from 8am to 2pm

We are always happy to discuss your appointment needs. Please call us or send us an email request using the form on the right. We endeavour to deal with all email requests as soon as possible.

Disabled facilities

Our dental practice is fully accessible to people with disabilities and includes ground floor surgery rooms and fully equipped toilet facilities. We also have disabled parking adjacent to the surgery. Please contact us prior to your appointment to arrange access.

If you have any other specific requirements you think we should be aware of, please let us know when you make your appointment.

Emergency dental treatment

If you experience a dental emergency during surgery hours, please call the practice on 01525 381391 and every effort will be made to attend to you as soon as possible.

Cancelling a dental appointment

Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. For Monday appointments please call us to cancel by 1pm on the preceding Friday. This enables us to help other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
